New & Returning Clients

To book an appointment online, you will be prompted to log in to your Pawfinity account. Once you have done so, you may select the service you are wanting.  If you do not see the service you are wanting, it is possible we no longer have spaces for that service left for that month. You can click over to the next month and search for the desired service there. :) To complete your request, you will need to assign the selected services to your dog. To do this, you will need to click on the selected service and then click on the photo of your dog (or your dog's name if they do not have a photo yet). Make sure both selections are highlighted in green or the system will not allow you to complete your request! You can also access a tutorial video here. 

Please be advised that online booking creates an appointment request only. Appointment requests will be viewed by The Better Bark and if we are unable to grant you the date and time requested, we will reach out to you with alternative appointment dates. :)

A Pawfinity account was created for you when you filled out our client profile forms. To log in, you will use your email and the password you set up when confirming your Pawfinity account just like you would when logging in to the owner dashboard.  If you have never signed in to the Pawfinity account we created for you before, that's okay! You can access the client login page here. You would just need to type in the email address you provided when you filled out the client profile forms and then select "forgot password." An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to set up your password to access your Pawfinity account! Alternatively, you can send an email to verify@pawfinity.com from the email address you provided on the client forms to verify your email address and access your Pawfinity account. :) You will then be able to come back here and access the online booking.

Our pricing varies from dog to dog and can be dependent on numerous factors, such as size, temperament, coat type, coat condition, etc.  However, if you tell us the breed and weight of your dog, what exactly you are wanting done, and send us a current picture, we can give you a ballpark estimate of the cost for your dog's grooming appointment. :)
